In 1917 Aurelio Fat obtained a degree in Medicine from the University of Zaragoza, leaving their collaboration as a photojournalist for ABC and Heraldo de Aragón. He moved to Madrid in 1919 to specialize in urology Syphilography and with Professor Dr. Sainz de Aja with whom befriends. In 1920 in the Faculty of Medicine of Paris by a Clinical Workshop and Laboratory. Back to Zaragoza and installs its first consultation in 1921 as a dermatologist in the Paseo de la Independencia 22, and in 1927 in the Calle Joaquin Costa, 3 mezzanine.
